When I was little my mom would always make me sandwiches for lunch at school and during the summertime. One of my all time favorites to this day is an egg salad sandwich!!! Sometimes when I’m trying to lose weight and just be healthier I skip the bread and just eat the salad, which is all in all decently healthy!!
ingredients (for one sandwich)
2 hard boiled eggs!!
2 baby dills ( personally I think the Nalleys brand make THE BEST pickles, but use your favorite)!!
1/4 teaspoon of the squeeze garlic paste!!
1/2 cup of mayo (I always use Best Foods)
A LOT OF FRESH GROUND BLACK PEPPER (I use roughly 2.5 teaspoons)!!
That’s it!!
I just mash the eggs with my fork in a small bowl, and then I slice up the baby pickles. I add the pickles and the rest of the ingredients into the mashed eggs and stir until it looks all mixed together!
